Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide operational support for voice systems, including trader voice platforms. They will monitor system performance and address issues to minimize downtime. The candidate should also respond to incidents, resolve service requests within SLAs, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, collaborate with network, infrastructure, and trading desk teams to ensure system availability and functionality.

Job Description
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for trader voice systems.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and trading desk teams to ensure system availability and functionality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice systems.
  • Deliver regular reports detailing regional performance, incident trends, and project progress.
Technical Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of voice systems and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze system performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
