Voice and Data Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex voice and data systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting voice and data peripherals, VoIP/cloud PABX, and network switches. They will also provide exceptional customer service, resolve technical issues promptly, and maintain accurate records of system performance.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain voice and data peripherals, VoIP/cloud PABX, and network switches.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance, including maintenance schedules and issue resolutions.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a minimum of 1 year of related working experience and hold at least an ITE qualification.
