Job Title: System Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled System Support Engineer to provide expert-level technical support for our clients' Voice/Data projects and VoIP telecommunication systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Voice/Data projects, network switches, and LAN/VoIP systems.
  • A successful candidate will be responsible for configuring Voice/Network peripherals, VoIP/Cloud PABX, Network Switches etc., providing helpdesk and remote support to customers, as well as onsite technical troubleshooting.
  • You will work closely with customers to validate system design documents, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
  • Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive approach and positive attitude.
  • Continuously acquiring and updating product knowledge in line with industry trends is essential.
  • Key Requirements:
  • At least ITE with minimum 1 year of related working experience.
  • Experience in deploying and managing Voice/Data project, supporting VoIP telecommunication systems, network switches, troubleshooting LAN/VoIP systems is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in IT and communication system/PABX is required.
  • Alcatel, Mitel and Yeastar PABX knowledge will be an added advantage.
