We are seeking an experienced Audio Specialist to support and manage trading floor voice systems across 12 APAC countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Support Trader Voice services
  • Ensure system availability and readiness
  • Manage and Monitor Voice infrastructure

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IPC Unigy, Cisco Voice, MS Teams Voice, NICE NTR/NTR-X, and Verint Verba. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving voice-related issues, preparing metrics for escalations and management reporting, and adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

This is a challenging role that requires collaboration with global teams for problem resolution and knowledge sharing. The successful candidate will contribute to upgrades, lifecycle management, and regional knowledge while ensuring seamless operation of critical Voice & Voice Recording platforms.
