We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a dedicated facility maintenance professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.">
  • Clean all surfaces, desks, tables, and office furniture to ensure a pleasant working space.">
  • Clean windows, doors, and glass partitions to maintain transparency and visibility.">
  • Keep common areas tidy and well-maintained, including the reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and hallways.">
  • Clean restrooms and ensure sufficient supplies of toilet paper, hand soap, and other necessities.">
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly to maintain a safe and healthy environment.">
  • Ensure the pantry/kitchen area is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.">
  • Wash dishes and utensils after use to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.">
  • Monitor and report pantry supply needs to relevant personnel.">
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or management as required.">

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning work.">
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions.">
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of cleanliness and attention to hygiene.">
  • Reliable, punctual, and can-do attitude.">
  • Able to speak and understand basic English and Chinese.">
