Job Opportunity: Facilities Maintenance Professional

  • This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs of building facilities and equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
  • The successful candidate will assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conduct regular inspections, and respond to service requests promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work, monitoring equipment usage, and reporting wear and inventory are also essential duties of this position.
  • This is a challenging role that requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure safety regulations and company standards are met.
  • Requirements include a minimum Nitec qualification in Facilities Management or equivalent, as well as relevant working experience in facilities property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine maintenance and repair of building facilities and equipment
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning safely and efficiently
  • Responding to service requests and attending to breakdowns promptly
