We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical works, including air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. This will involve performing preventive and corrective maintenance work, diagnosing potential issues, and liaising with contractors and statutory authorities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing, and M&E systems. They should also be familiar with using common hand and power tools and be able to carry out tasks such as painting, basic carpentry, and part replacements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
