Job Title: Facility Maintenance Professional

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced facility maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing on electrical, air conditioning, mechanical, and building systems.

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing on various systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and more.
  • Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth operation of facilities and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including defect reports, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or engineering.
  • A valid trade certificate or vocational qualification in a related field (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
