Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, including performing maintenance and repairs, inspecting equipment, and completing tasks as assigned.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Inspect equipment and apparatus to detect and troubleshoot malfunctions.
  • Use test equipment and hand tools to diagnose and repair issues.
  • Complete data entry in Excel spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English.

Requirements

  • A minimum Certificate in ITE in Electrical/Mechanical/Air-Conditioning/Building Services/Engineering is required.
  • Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical works and all other M&E works.
  • Be proficient in English communication.
  • Able to perform data entry in Excel (Microsoft Office).
  • Display a pleasant personality, good working attitude, and team spirit.
