About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance and Facilities Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting as needed
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in maintenance and facilities management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Valid Class 3 driving license
  • Familiarity with construction safety protocols
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Diploma or ITE qualification in a relevant field
