Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our building and related facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and carrying out minor repairs to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and builder systems. You will also supervise sub-contractors who carry out approved repair works and scheduled maintenance, assist with preventive maintenance regimes, and monitor work progress.

In addition, you will provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required, attend to tenant feedback, and perform routine servicing on M&E systems. You will also be responsible for initial fault response, basic troubleshooting, and rectification of faults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and builder systems.
