Facilities Maintenance Technician Role

As a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include carrying out routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and servicing activities to prevent equipment failures and maintain optimal performance.

  • Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults in various equipment and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive measures to prevent breakdowns.
  • Attend to customer complaints and respond promptly to fault reports and client requests.
  • Perform maintenance operations for facilities or buildings, including troubleshooting and repairing M&E systems.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or engineering.
  • A recognized certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building services.
