Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Professional

Description: As a skilled and experienced facilities maintenance professional, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities operations, maintenance, and repairs. You will assist in troubleshooting faults related to mechanical and electrical equipment, infrastructure, engineering, building, etc. This includes attending to breakdowns, providing feedback, handling installation, repair, rectification, and replacement work, performing routine inspection and maintenance work, and assisting in procurement of supplies and parts. You will also work with the nursing department on their procurement needs and stock supplies, manage inventory control of company assets, equipment, instruments, and tools, ensure quality standards of all services and systems, comply with statutory requirements, perform general housekeeping activities, liaise with vendors/contractors and supervise their work on site, and assist in visitor management and emergency preparedness duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate/Diploma in a related field
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
