Job Title

A maintenance technician is required to join our team to assist with operational facilities management and maintenance works in the supply cold chain environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of air-conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation, and repair work on building infrastructure including wiring, doors, lighting, painting, office, fire protection system, and related works in a GMP and GHP environment.
  • Schedule planning and daily facility work management, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Perform daily facility and fire safety inspections.
  • Liaise with all departments concerning maintenance matters, prioritizing and taking action in a timely manner on planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • Supervise servicing/suppliers/contractors on site to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the contract, government regulatory requirements, and food safety policy.
  • Assist with machine troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting, and repair as and when required.
  • Record all works, ad-hoc projects, and report writing.
Requirements:
  • NITEC/ITC/Diploma in electrical, mechatronics, civil industrial or related professional certificate on related skills.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry is required for this position.
  • Preferred hands-on working experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.
