Facilities Maintenance Professional Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our office space, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role and possess excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. They will also be able to work efficiently and independently, with minimal supervision, and be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

  • Clean and sanitize all assigned office areas, including desks, floors, meeting rooms, and communal spaces.
  • Restock and maintain office supplies.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Empty trash bins, shredder bins, and pantry trash bins.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, pantry areas, and high-touch surfaces.
  • Dust furniture, blinds, and office equipment.
  • Refill supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the facilities team.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects or meeting and event setups as needed.
