Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out general building maintenance, repair, and servicing works. Your primary focus will be on performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine inspections of M&E fixtures, cooling towers, and chillers
  • Supervise term contractors during repair works and M&E system testing
  • Respond promptly to fault reports, service breakdowns, and customer requests
  • Identify and report operational irregularities
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, checklists, and schedules
  • Ensure full compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance
  • NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Technology or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • A reliable team player who is independent, self-motivated, and service-oriented
  • Willng to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
