Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Professional
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Facilities Maintenance Professional. This role is responsible for ensuring our workplace remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and buffing as needed.
  • Vacuum carpeted areas and upholstered furniture.
  • Dust and polish desks, tables, and other surfaces.
  • Restock restrooms with necessary supplies.
  • Empty and dispose of trash from bins throughout the facility.
  • Clean windows, glass panels, and doors as required.
  • Develop and follow an assigned cleaning schedule.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum N-Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
  • Commitment to an annual contract.
