Job Title: Business Development Leader

Job Description:

The primary role of this position is to lead business development activities in the local region, identifying and assessing potential leads to drive growth and revenue.

This includes gathering market intelligence, understanding client needs, and developing a list of potential clients in key industries defined within the team's mandate.

  • Lead on project sourcing activities (identification, assessment, and contracting) in the local region and support existing projects with respect to the carbon market.
  • Ensure that sourcing flows and processes (including documentation and interaction with other teams) are in line with company guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with 5+ years in similar roles or industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask.
