Job Title: Talent Strategist
We seek a seasoned Learning Solutions Expert to drive impactful talent development initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Learning Management Systems initiatives
- Evaluate skills gaps and deliver targeted programs to enhance team performance
- Align learning with business priorities to drive organizational growth and transformation
- Cultivate future talent pipelines through leadership development
- Mentor and guide team members while engaging senior stakeholders
Requirements for this role include:
- A degree qualification with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Professional Development or Talent Management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with a flexible work style
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with close attention to detail
- Any prior coaching or training experience or relevant certifications will be beneficial
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders. You should also have expertise in program evaluation and analysis, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
