Talent Acquisition Strategist

The Talent Acquisition Strategist role plays a pivotal part within the Group HR team. This team member is responsible for managing talent acquisition deliverables for assigned business groups.

This role works closely in partnership with businesses and HR business partners to effectively and efficiently source, identify and select talents to meet their recruitment needs. This includes strategizing recruitment approaches, enabling hiring and testing tools, gatekeeping candidate selection procedures, and working with the HR operations team to manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with businesses and HR business partners to understand and anticipate recruitment needs and strategize solutions.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of business recruitment needs, adhering to relevant country regulations.
  • Demonstrating creativity in engaging and utilizing candidate sourcing channels and strategies.
  • Establishing a growing pipeline of young and experienced talents in anticipation of upcoming and changing business needs.
  • Serving as a liaison amongst business leaders, HR business partners, hiring managers, and HR operations teams to enable smooth recruitment services provision.
  • Optimizing usage of recruitment, candidate selection, and testing tools, processes, and social media to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

For this role, we require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • More than 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles in a regional or global environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR business partner roles will be an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
