About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top technical talent across various levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Analyze complex data to provide valuable market intelligence and inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement efficient recruiting processes to drive business growth.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and promote our company as a great place to work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in research/sourcing tools (Boolean, LinkedIn, alternative techniques) to identify passive candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners.
  • At least 2 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze large datasets.
