Job Title: Talent Development Strategist

About the Role:

This senior-level role involves leading a comprehensive talent management strategy, driving growth and performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee daily performance management activities, responding to queries and maintaining a transparent process.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by developing and implementing improvements or new initiatives to drive meaningful impact and mindset change.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Design and execute a full annual performance review cycle.
  • Oversight of daily performance management activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Collaboration with leadership to identify high-potential employees and support talent development forums.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent, and minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Talent Management, Strategy/Performance Management or HR Business Partner roles. They should be proficient in using Excel and skilled at managing large datasets and distilling them into concise, actionable insights. A proven track record in executing succession planning initiatives, organizing talent development forums, and driving end-to-end performance management processes is also essential.
