  • Capabilities in Executive/Leadership hiring, demonstrated experience, and capabilities in Executive/Leadership hiring, strategic, and operational Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience facilitating senior leadership team meetings and designing leadership, management, and professional development solutions.
  • Skills in tools supporting work, including Workday and the Microsoft suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with ability to adjust style to suit different stakeholders.
