Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Manager to oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS). This key role involves leading the development and implementation of strategic training initiatives that enhance team capabilities and performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted interventions to close these gaps.
  • Create and facilitate training initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Heads and cross-functional stakeholders to align learning strategies with organisational goals.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
  • Design and lead talent identification and leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders in organisational development efforts, driving strategies that improve effectiveness and enable change.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in fast-paced organisations with a strong background in talent management, learning, and organisational development.
  • Possess certifications such as ACTA, ACLP, or equivalent professional certifications.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Learning and Development Manager who is skilled in designing, implementing, and evaluating effective training programs.
