Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated sales associate who can provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will achieve standards set on the sales floor, manage departmental stocks and products availability, perform accurate stock movement and replenishment, and handle customers' return items.
Specific Responsibilities
In the Food Department, you will be required to lift loads of up to 15kg and assist customers with product information. In the Clothing Department, you will be responsible for fitting room duties, helping customers find the right sizing, styling and general servicing.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. You should have good insight into customer service, excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. If you are service-oriented with high enthusiasm to serve, we encourage you to apply.
Career Progression
As a sales associate, you will have opportunities to progress to senior roles within the company. With experience, you will be considered for senior sales associate positions.
