The Retail Sales Associate/ Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for providing customer service to close sales at the retail counters, e.g. greeting customers, answering calls, recommending products based on the customers’ needs and preferences. The Senior Sales Associate is also responsible for guiding junior staff in the day to day operations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Attend to walk in customers, phone calls and provide customer service

2. Recommend and display items that match customers’ needs and preferences

3. Promote products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

4. Maintain a conducive environment in the outlet through house keeping

**Requirements**:

- Cheerful disposition with passion for retail sales
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays
- Prior retail sales experience is a plus
