**Sales Associate**

Château de sable, a children’s clothing brand with more than 17 years of presence, offers a range of clothes and accessories with unique designs. With 5 owned stores in Singapore and 3 franchised stores overseas.

Our aim is to promote the French elegance through comfortable and modern clothes.

We are looking for dynamic, customer friendly, result-driven and reliable Sales Associates to be responsible for all sales duties, from customer greetings to cashing sales for our shops at Katong I12, Great world and united square.

Successful Sales Associate will have the possibility to become Shop managers in due course.

**Position: Full-time ( or part time ) Sales Associate**

Under the supervision and coaching from the shop manager, the Sales Associate’s responsibilities start with running the morning checklist to ensure that the shop is ready to receive customers. Thereafter you will welcome and greet customers, understand their expectations and motivations, suggest products and close the sale on a good last impression to build loyalty. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, we will provide you with product features and benefits and you will maintain your store’s visual appearance in high standards.

**Responsabilities**
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance, advise and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries. Provide advices/suggestions to customers who are unsure of children’s fashion trending/styling.
- Ensure up-sell and cross-sell products. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
- Team up with co-workers to achieve Monthly Sales Target set forth by the Management
- To ensure the store visual merchandising is impeccable at all times
- Perform stock replenishment/management
- Receiving stock, arranging stock into the storeroom, up-keeping/maintaining the storeroom
- Perform cashier duties and basic housekeeping, handle phone enquiry
- Perform daily sales tracking and settlement of POS at the end of the day
- Handle customers’ feedback
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions and basic IT skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Proficiency in English
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,200.00 per month
