About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs and offer guidance on product features and benefits.
  • Prepare quotations and costings to meet customer requirements.
  • Support the sales team with order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Monitor and track all pending quotations and orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating quotations and costings in our management system.
