As a Sales Associate in our cleaning services company, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Understanding client needs and offering tailored cleaning solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Staying informed about our cleaning services and industry trends
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct service presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a plus
