As a skilled IAM Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing enterprise-class Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

You will be responsible for identifying and recommending improvement areas in existing architecture to address evolving cybersecurity threats, particularly for threats related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement proof-of-value/proof-of-concept projects for IAM systems
  • Align business requirements with IAM and IT requirements based on the organization's risk appetite
  • Develop integrated security operating models and documentations to ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
  • Act as a domain expert and trusted partner in Cyber Security & Resilience; work closely with stakeholders in other groups on cybersecurity engineering related matters

What makes you a successful candidate?

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and operationalizing IAM security solutions, with a focus on Identity Management using tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingOne/Ping Federate
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts for both on-premises and cloud environments
  • Proficient in current IAM standards and protocols, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, and LDAP
  • Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), GitHub, Jenkins, and application containerization
  • Experience with IAM solutions in cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure
  • Ability to produce detailed low-level design documents and provide regular delivery updates
