As a Senior Global Business Partner at Micron, you will be responsible for partnering with Regional and Global HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to enable people strategies and priorities for business groups.

You will represent HR in business decisions and provide input into HR programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategies based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach leaders on people-related matters, including talent assessment, development, and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics.
  • Provide guidance on people programs, tools, and processes, including performance management, annual reviews, and promotions.
  • Conduct team member engagement surveys, performance support plans, corrective action, demotions, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage organization structure, job title alignment, and mapping.
  • Share customer feedback on people programs with centers of excellence through appropriate channels.

Requirements:

You must have at least a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of proven experience in a cross-functional and matrix environment.

You must possess strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.

You must be agile and adapt to a dynamic business environment.

Experience with regional/global or cross-cultural project management is highly advantageous.
