Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Human Resources and HR team to deliver HR services that support business goals and objectives.
  • Drive the people agenda for assigned business entities, guiding and upskilling leaders and employees on HR policies and practices, people management, and employee engagement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of wellness initiatives and programs to promote employee well-being.
  • Review and roll out HR policies with HR leads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support internal communications and partner on key initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A track record of successful HR business partnering and experience in various HR functions.
  • The ability to operate at the level of strategy, implementation, and handling operational issues.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and contracts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to relate well across all levels of the organization.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong team-player with a customer-centric approach.
