- Analyze HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement to improve business outcomes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a positive work environment and avoid legal risks.
- Manage risk related to HR activities and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues to protect the business.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to advise the organization accordingly and maintain a positive work environment.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems to drive business success.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required for this role.
Experience:
More than 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on both strategic and operations HR business partnering role is required for this position.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development is essential for this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leadership and employees is required.
- Proven track record in managing complex employee relations issues and driving organizational change is necessary for this position.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making is essential for this role.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR metrics is required.
