The Revenue Management Strategy Assistant Manager is a key role in driving revenue and profit growth by focusing analysis and action on High Impact Customers (HIC). This position requires strong analytical skills to identify customers that are highly unprofitable to the region, investigate root causes of each customer situation, and develop customer-specific action plans.
This individual must have high-level confidence and effective communication skills to present findings to senior management. As a team lead, they will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, delegating work, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
