Senior Leader, Revenue Growth Strategy

Job Description:

As a Senior Manager, you will drive global revenue insights for Floorcare, maximizing revenue opportunities and translating data into narratives that inform decision-making at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial analysis of Floorcare product lifecycle, including launches, portfolio strategy, channel mix, pricing, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Define the right new product range for global markets, including customer exclusives, to maximise market relevance and revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with global markets to develop, review, and govern market-level Floorcare-specific revenue strategies.
  • Assess market, competitor, and consumer trends within Floorcare to optimise performance.
  • Lead end-to-end product launch planning for Floorcare, collaborating with Supply, Operations, BU Commercial, and Finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, revenue management, business strategy, or category development roles, preferably with global or regional scope.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of P&L and ability to review category strategies and activation.
  • Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with Excel and Tableau.
  • Ability to tell stories with clear narratives in PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry and its commercial landscape.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful market strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional relationships.
