Customer Service Professional

As a key member of the NUHS Group Ops & IT team, you will provide exceptional customer service to callers within the Group Contact Centre. Your primary role involves handling general enquiries and appointment scheduling requests for patients and the public. To excel in this position, you must be able to navigate complex healthcare needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding caller's needs
- Provide timely and accurate information and assistance to address caller's enquiries
- Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's request
- Handle other hotline administrative functions such as emails, referral requests, and emergency activation
- C Coordinate and liaise with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline (Entry-level candidates are welcomed)
- Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry, contact centre environment, and/or service-related industry
- Fluent communication skills in English and Mother Tongue
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Computer literate with good typing skills
- Able to multitask and work under stressful conditions
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends
