Job Overview

This role involves assisting in strategic workforce planning, financial management, and annual manpower/resource planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition, selection, onboarding, and employee relations management.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks, policies, and complete performance review cycles.
  • Maintain accurate records of performance reviews and ensure sensitive information is securely stored or destroyed for privacy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct market benchmarking exercises to ensure compensation packages are aligned with industry standards.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time each pay period.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management and above.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice.
  • Prior experience in healthcare settings is an added advantage.
