Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by carrying out post-sales activities, including coordinating the installation of secured contracts and applying telephone lines for customers.

You will also be expected to conduct sales presentations and negotiations, coordinate with technical teams on installation and commissioning work, and participate in customer rapport programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To achieve monthly sales targets by coordinating the installation of secured contracts and applying telephone lines for customers.
  • To carry out sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • To coordinate with technical teams on installation and commissioning work to ensure smooth handovers to customers.
  • To participate in customer rapport programs and collect market information to support business development initiatives.
  • To chase payment from customers and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent client relations and account management skills.
  • The ability to adapt to changing situations and multitask effectively.
  • A strong understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • No quota for work-permits.
Benefits

This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
