Job Title: Technical Business Process Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing business processes within the Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment.

  • Develop and implement solutions to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Configure the system according to user requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct internal testing based on user scenarios to ensure the system meets all functional requirements.
  • Lead training sessions for key users, ensuring they fully understand the system's functionality.
  • Assist in testing and provide ongoing support for NAV maintenance, ensuring the system remains up-to-date and efficient.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent courses, with a solid foundation in technical concepts.
  • At least 2 years of exposure to technical support programming in NAV, demonstrating a track record of successful implementations.
  • Strong NAV programming skillset, particularly in C/AL (CSIDE), to effectively customize and enhance the system.
  • Good exposure to customization in NAV systems, able to tailor solutions to meet specific business needs.
