About Us

Adept Business Consultancy partners with businesses to grow and expand through strategic solutions in finance, operations, and business development. We are currently building new arms of business in mortgage advisory and corporate trade facilities acquisition, working closely with banking partners and financial institutions.

We are looking for motivated individuals with a keen interest to learn and grow with us as Associate Business Consultant Apprentices. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business consultancy, operations, and financial solutions – with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As an apprentice, you will:

  • Conduct research into industries related to Adept's business arms (mortgage, trade finance, corporate services).
  • Assist in business development, including preparing proposals, pitch decks, and supporting client acquisition.
  • Provide operations support across marketing, client liaison, and fulfilment activities.
  • Attend selected meetings with bankers and industry partners, supporting networking and follow-up activities.
  • Support project planning, documentation, and administrative tasks for consultancy operations.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance Adept's business strategies.

Requirements

We welcome applicants who are:

  • Students or graduates with Diploma / A-Level qualifications or higher (any discipline).
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Curious, motivated, and have a genuine interest in learning about business development and consultancy.
  • Comfortable with research, problem-solving, and supporting both strategy and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (basic level).
