About the Role

The Managing Consultant will be responsible for delivering complex requirements and large projects to clients, supporting presales/sales activities, staying updated on industry advancements, and leading projects while respecting cost, quality, and time constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Position and/or deliver complex requirements and large projects work to a client – generic, through call-off contracts or packaged offers
  • Support presales/sales to create new consulting business opportunities with new/existing customers
  • Stay abreast of technical, financial, strategic, and operational issues within the IT/Telecom industry
  • Note and escalate service development required to meet client needs
  • Participate in creating knowledge capital and developing methods and tools
  • Lead projects and project organizations respecting cost, quality, and time constraints

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or relevant technical field required. MSc or equivalent work experience. Certifications in area(s) of expertise. Minimum 6 years related work experience in customer-facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry. Proven track record in delivering value consulting services.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in at least two areas of technology
  • Proven track record in developing technical competencies knowledge base(s)
  • Solid experience in developing innovative technical solutions
  • Strong background in running technical assessment models
  • Solid written communication experience using office productivity tools like MS WORD, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in technical consulting, technical requirements, and design
  • Process analysis design and improvement
  • Engage and partner with clients at a detailed technical, functional, and operational level
  • Develop different assessment types (Technical readiness, business continuity, business performance, etc.)
  • Customize different technical solutions

Pay range and compensation package

Proper reporting for achieved personal billable hours targets per annum based on value agreed with management. Competitive salary and benefits package.
