At GoldenLion, we specialize in developing industry-specific CRM solutions on the Zoho platform. We are seeking a dynamic Presales Consultant to join our team in Kolkata.
The Presales Consultant will collaborate closely with our Sales Team to deliver value-driven solutions to prospective clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Sales Team to understand client requirements and align them with suitable Zoho applications.
You will lead client discovery sessions, design high-level solutions utilizing Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and create functional solution documents and process flow diagrams.
Additionally, you will estimate effort and timelines for proposed solutions in coordination with the delivery team, serving as a trusted advisor to prospects by highlighting the value of the Zoho platform for their business needs.
It is essential to stay updated on new features and capabilities within the Zoho ecosystem to effectively fulfill this role.
Candidates should possess at least 2-5 years of experience in a Presales, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant role, with a preference for Zoho experience.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, solutioning for business software applications, communication, and presentation are required.
The ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications or solution blueprints, familiarity with CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms (especially Zoho suite), and a keen understanding of business processes across various industries are also key qualifications.
Self-motivation and efficient management of multiple presales engagements simultaneously are crucial aspects of this role.
