Zoho Platform Specialist

As a Zoho Platform Specialist at Avantis, you will have the exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi award-winning Educational Technology Company that is a market leader in bringing immersive Virtual Reality (VR) learning experiences to classrooms worldwide. Your role will involve managing, customizing, and enhancing the use of the Zoho suite of applications across various Teams. You will play a crucial part in improving operational efficiency, automating business processes, and providing technical support and training to ensure successful adoption of Zoho tools.Key Responsibilities:- Configure, customize, and manage the full suite of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Creator, Books, Desk, Subscriptions, Marketing Automation, Campaigns, and Flow- Design and implement automated workflows, business rules, and approval processes- Build and maintain custom applications in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting- Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier- Create custom dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decisions- Ensure system data integrity, consistency, and security across all Zoho platforms- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support and resolutions- Deliver user training, onboarding, and documentation- Stay current with Zoho's new features and updates, recommending enhancements where applicable- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsKey Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:- Hands-on experience with multiple Zoho applications- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho's automation capabilities- Experience building custom applications in Zoho Creator- Proficient in creating and managing API integrations and third-party connections- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to align them with system capabilities- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to train and support end-users at various technical levels- Zoho certifications are a plus- Proven experience in a similar role working with Zoho productsAvantis Education offers a fun, exciting work culture that values self-starters and individuals who can contribute to shaping and growing the company's future as a global education technology leader.
