We are seeking an experienced Software Integration Specialist with expertise in SharePoint and Zoho to join our dynamic engineering team. This role will primarily focus on integrating and customizing software platforms to support our business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver optimal user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Integration Development & Deployment**:

- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SharePoint, Zoho, and other internal/external systems.
- Develop custom workflows, web parts, and other functionalities within SharePoint to address business requirements.
- **Analysis & Strategy**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to identify integration needs and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Analyze and map data flow between systems ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- **User Support & Training**:

- Provide end-user training on newly developed features or integrations.
- Respond to and troubleshoot integration-related issues, ensuring mínimal downtime and rapid resolution.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, customizations, and configurations.
- Ensure all integrations comply with data security and privacy regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in SharePoint, Zoho, and related technologies to ensure our systems remain current and competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience integrating SharePoint and Zoho with other systems.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Proficiency in Zoho's suite of products and their customization tools.
- Knowledge of API integration, web services, and middleware solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred**:

- SharePoint and Zoho certifications.
- Experience in an engineering or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with other integration platforms or tools.
