Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses several key responsibilities:

  1. Supporting and partnering with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of key SEA-wide interventions across Cost, Capability, and Culture.
  2. Leading the year-round governance of People Cost and Productivity KPIs (including FTE, People Cost/Ton, and Kg/hw) working in partnership with the PLs and the SCE and Finance teams.
  3. Co-Leading the Education and Training (E&T) pillar for SEA MSC and specifically leading the execution of the Leadership Capability agenda across levels.
  4. Leading the AC Planning process across SEA MSC for People Costs and overseeing execution month on month vs plan.
  5. Project managing the Objective-Setting, mid-Year review, Year End Review, STR, and other key people processes across SEA MSC.
