Job Overview:
The Singapore Institute of Management is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process, from preparation and distribution of onboarding items to coordination of work in onboarding. You will also assist the HRBP team with contract renewal monitoring and administration, and perform a variety of HR duties to support the team in day-to-day operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, people management, and communication skills, both written and oral. You should also be a good team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision, willing to learn, and take on new challenges. Process-oriented and able to multi-task, you will be able to perform a variety of HR duties and support the HR team in achieving their goals. Key requirements include strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
