Talent Acquisition and Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team at Xin Long (S) Pte Ltd. As a Talent Acquisition and Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will oversee learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels.
- Recruitment Process: Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including interviews and job offers.
- Learning and Development: Oversee end-to-end training course administration, including course registration, stakeholder coordination, certificate collection, and payment processing.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees, including orientation and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- NITEC, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience; including hands-on experience on Payroll processing & administration.
- Matters and MOM Passes knowledge.
- Proficient in MOM Foreign Manpower Act and Employment Act.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude.
