Job Description:

PAP Community Foundation is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted hiring plans
  • Design and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to attract passive and active job seekers
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the organization
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity, including candidate data and interview notes.


Job Holder Requirements:

Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree- Experience: Preferably with 3 years of recruitment or HR experience or equivalent- Other Knowledge / Skills / Attributes:
Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
