Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Lead Enterprise Network Sales Specialist to maximize sales of our Optical Communications products to Enterprise customers within assigned territories in a team environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with application engineering, supply chain, and after-sales support teams to position our fiber optic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Build strong relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, and distribution partners to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in assigned territory.
  • Solution and consultative selling skills are essential.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic products and solutions for data center and local area networking applications is desired.
  • Competence to target and prioritize key customers, proven success in time/territory management.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with autonomy to work from home office effectively.
