We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager with deep knowledge and experience in the Enterprise market to help drive this growth and position Apeiro Networks as a trusted partner for enterprise level network infrastructure solutions.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager for the Enterprise sector will lead Apeiro Networks' efforts to identify, acquire, and grow new business opportunities within the Enterprise market. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results driven professional with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the networking, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure space. This role will involve strategic account planning, relationship building, and effective pipeline management to meet revenue targets and contribute to Apeiro's overall business expansion goals.
Market Expansion and Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Enterprise sector, including key verticals such as finance, utility, transport, healthcare, manufacturing, and government.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to position Apeiro Networks as a preferred provider of network infrastructure solutions for Enterprise clients.
Engage potential clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, delivering exceptional service and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and customer support, to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer onboarding.
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation through closing.
Meet and exceed sales targets, effectively managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and finalizing agreements.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, leveraging digital channels, events, and industry conferences to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Industry Insights and Reporting:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance Apeiro’s value proposition.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress against targets to the management team.
Offer insights into customer needs, feedback, and emerging requirements to support product and service development.
Collaboration and Cross functional Coordination:
Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure solutions meet the unique needs of Enterprise clients.
Provide input on product development and improvements based on feedback from clients and industry knowledge.
Coordinate with the finance team on pricing strategies and contractual terms.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the networking, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure industry, with a focus on the Enterprise sector.
Good understanding of network infrastructure solutions, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets within the Enterprise sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior level decisionmakers and technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
Self motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
